Welcome to Right Car Detailing (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and service policies for using our website and booking our mobile car detailing and car wash services in Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.
By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.
1. Services Provided
Right Car Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing and car wash services at the customer’s home, workplace, or approved location.
Services include interior and exterior detailing, deep cleaning, and add-on specialty services.
All services depend on technician availability, location, and weather conditions.
2. Booking & Appointments
Scheduling a Service
Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via email.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from us.
We reserve the right to decline or modify bookings in case of emergencies, weather issues, unsafe working environments, or circumstances outside our control.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free of charge when done before the appointment time.
You may reschedule by contacting us through phone, SMS, or email.
3. Cancellation Policy
We value our customers’ time and our technicians’ schedules. The following cancellation terms apply:
24+ hours before appointment: Free cancellation
Less than 24 hours before appointment: A 20% cancellation fee applies
The fee is calculated as 20% of the total booked service amount
No rescheduling fees apply.
4. Pricing, Additional Fees & Payment
Pricing & Quotes
Prices are listed on our website or provided directly by our team.
Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and chosen services.
Additional Fees – Add-ons (if applicable)
Additional charges may apply in the following cases:
Excessive dirt, sand, mud, or salt buildup
Pet hair removal
Stain or odor treatment
Biohazard cleaning (vomit, urine, blood, etc.)
Add-on services such as engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, interior polishing
Travel Fee
A fixed $10 travel fee applies to all bookings.
Payment Methods
Customers can pay securely online via debit or credit card using our payment link, or choose to pay by cash or e-transfer.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Satisfaction & Refund Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with the result:
Notify us within 24 hours of service completion with photos/videos if possible.
We will schedule a courtesy follow-up visit to address and fix the concern.
If after the follow-up visit you are still not satisfied, you may request a refund for the portion of the service not completed correctly.
Full refunds are not issued if a portion of the service was delivered correctly.
Refunds do not apply if the vehicle’s issues are due to old, damaged, worn-out, or non-restorable materials.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service, customers must:
Provide safe access to the vehicle and enough working space at the location.
Remove personal belongings before service.
Ensure the vehicle is unlocked or keys are provided to the technician.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
7. Liability & Damages
We take utmost care while handling your vehicle. However, we are not liable for:
Pre-existing damage, scratches, rust, faded paint, wear & tear, or weak materials
Damage caused by old/brittle interior parts, trims, seals, leather, or upholstery
Water leakage in vehicles with existing seal or weather-strip issues
Any concerns must be reported immediately after service.
8. Weather Conditions
Mobile detailing is weather dependent.
If weather prevents service from taking place or affects completion, we will:
Reschedule at no extra cost
Extreme temperatures or rain may limit the effectiveness of certain treatments, and we will advise on the best alternatives when necessary.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect customer information only for booking, communication, and service purposes.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms
Right Car Detailing may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
